Dr. Zwiener is board certified in both endocrinology and internal medicine. After earning a BS in Biochemistry and Cell Biology at Rice University, she completed medical school at the University of Texas Houston, and went on to finish both internal medicine residency and endocrinology fellowship training also at UT Houston. Dr. Zwiener recognizes that each patient is unique, and deserving of care tailored specifically to their needs. She's a member of The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) and is committed to assisting transgender, intersex, and gender non-conforming individuals throughout their transition process.
